This is the brand identity I created for myself to represent my freelance business. I’ve been working on this over several months, through hundreds of monogram logo sketches and several iterations. I really wanted to create a logo using the golden ratio as a guide and I chose this final logo design because it expresses my design style which tends to lean toward minimal and geometric. I chose the typeface DIN Alternate for the same reason.
The earth tone colours represent the values I stand for in the work I do. Green for growth and positivity. Grey because it’s professional and straightforward, and a slight purple undertone in the medium grey representing creativity.
