Common Ground (from Kanterra Science) creates authentic cannabis strains and carefully crafted concentrates designed for everyday life. They were looking for help in creating some photo + video content to bring their pre-roll and vape pen products to life.
They already had well executed branding and product essence descriptions to pull from and build upon. With the strict limitations for content in the Cannabis space, we had to get creative. We could not show people or indicate consumption.
Vape Pen Concentrates
For each of the 3 strains, I curated and shot a lifestyle scene evocative of the strain essence, as well as a close-up photo of each in a different lifestyle setting relevant to each strain.
Legendary Larry Pre-Rolls
Using simple imagery and earthy textures, I captured a top-down scene and created a playful stop-motion video.
